That's why there's Pomparkour, a version of parkour done with ladders. After all, all that running, jumping, and springing just isn't challenging enough, so why not carry a cumbersome eight-foot ladder. Actually, these hooked ladders reportedly only weigh about 10 kg or so (roughly 22 pounds), but Jesus, some of these stunts are insane.
