Alert! Alert! A serious warning has just come in from Denver, everyone. According to Republican gubernatorial candidate Dan Maes, the city's pro-bike programs are spinning the mile high city into the clutches of UN Control! According to the Denver Post, no doubt itself already under control of the New World Order, Maes recently lashed out at Denver's participation in the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, a 1,200-city association that promotes sustainable policies like Denver's communist bike program bike sharing system.
Maes warned supporters at a rally that the sustainability group, which Denver has supported since 1992, will turn Denver into a "United Nations community." "At first, I thought, 'Gosh, public transportation, what's wrong with that, and what's wrong with people parking their cars and riding their bikes? And what's wrong with incentives for green cars?'" said Maes. "But if you do your homework and research, you realize [the group] is part of a greater strategy to rein in American cities under a United Nations treaty."

Does bike riding infect cities with the scourge of communism?
