On Thursday, Aug 12 the Deschutes Brewery is throwing a street fare—no, not fair—with chow from Scoop, Grilled Cheese Grill, Ali Baba, and Mum’s Kitchen, plus onstage performances from fine local acts AgesAndAges and Sallie Ford and The Sound Outside. If you like music but hate stages, there will be busking sets courtesy of Loch Lomond, Luzelena Mendoza and Paul Cameron (of Y La Bamba), plus Langhorne Slim with Chris Funk.
This all-ages show starts at 5 pm and will take place at NW Davis St., between 10th and 11th. Tickets will set you back $5, which includes food and beer tasters, and an additional $4 if you want more food and beer. All proceess from the fare will benefit Morrison Child & Family Services.
End Hits: Street Phair, our all-Liz Phair street fair, will be taking place later this summer.
