This weekend's headliner at Helium is Jimmy Pardo. I'm not particularly familiar with Pardo's stand up, though I did see him host the Conan Writers Pannel at this year's Bridgetown. He's also quite well known for his podcast, Never Not Funny, one of the few online shows that's become a viable business model itself. Word was when Pardo came to Bridgetown, fans of the podcast came in from states away.
The little I know about Pardo's act is that it's rapid fire, and mostly palatable/accessible. Before it was cancelled, Pardo did the daily pre-air warm up for Conan O'Brien's tonight show, which should speak somewhat to his sensibilities.
