So if you haven't already heard, there's this show Portlandia, which is currently planning to shoot at various locations around our fair city. (INCLUDING, PERHAPS, AT THE OFFICES OF A CERTAIN WEEKLY NEWSPAPER THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE THE PORTLAND MERCURY*.)
Anyway, they're gonna need extras for the show, and they'll be paying those extras $104 per day. In other words, here's your chance to hang out in the places you hang out already, get paid for doing so, and possibly briefly appear in the background on a locally shot show that people will actually watch**.
