If you attended the most recent Portland Fashion Week, you may have caught the spring collection shown by Seattle's Jesica Milton. The folks at Bubble Boutique clearly took notice, and are hosting an upcoming trunk show for Milton to welcome her and her designs to town on Thursday, January 27th at 6 pm. Talk about a breath of springtime:
