Over the summer Blake picked up its stakes and trotted over to a new nearby space still within striking distance of the NW 23rd hub without being literally right there on it. The new address is 26 NW 23rd Place, and next Thursday they're giving it a proper inauguration with a grand opening party from 6-9 pm, featuring the usual refreshments and DJs and—a yo-yo expert?! Sure, why not. There'll also be raffles for free (free!) jeans and boots from Joe's, A.G., and Doc Martens. A percentage of sales and raffle donations will benefit the Pixie Project, too, so that's a good excuse for new jeans... I could post a photo of denim here, but who am I kidding.
