I respect Esteban Cortazar. At the tender age of 26 he has already accomplished more than many of us will in a lifetime. But more than that, he gave up a dream job because he refused to work with Lindsay Lohan. In 2007, he was appointed Head Designer at fashion power house, Ungaro. In 2009, the Ungaro powers that be decided to bring on Lohan as Artistic Director and Cortazar balked. Some statements say he was fired, some say he quit but either way, I like him. This week celebrates his return to fashion when he showed his new collection on opening night of Columbian Fashion Week. A cool collection he designed for Latin America retailer Exito, with budget pricing similar to H&M. And every look is Lohan free.
