There's some good discussion going on in the comments of this week's cover story, in which I explore the battle over crisis pregnancy centers in the state. While geography and economics limit access to birth control and abortions in Oregon, we're one of only 14 states in the nation were access to abortion isn't limited by any laws.

But we're bucking a national trend. The Center for Reproductive Rights put a big report out last week rounding up all the laws relating to abortion that states have passed last year. Feministe has a more succinct version but check out some of the major trends in abortion legislation last year: excluding public health care plans from paying for abortion, requiring women to view ultrasounds of their pregnancy, passing "conscience clauses" that allow pharmacists to not fill birth control prescriptions.

"What’s notable about these laws is that most of the action on reproductive rights is on restricting access rather than expanding it," notes Feministe. And now, some graphs about 15-year-olds.
