For 15 years Mogwai has been terrorizing both eardrums and mainstream British pop bands, and now the epic quiet/loud dynamic of the Scottish band has been captured on film. Burning is a "live film," beautifully directed by Vincent Moon and Nathanael Le Scouarnac (the men behind the La Blogotheque's Take-Away Shows).
The film is screening at the Bagdad Theater on Friday September 10 at 7pm as part of MusicFest. But you won't need a wristband, because we want to give you a pair of tickets. Just comment below and explain why you should be the winner. The best comment by Wednesday at 4pm will win their way into the only Mogwai performance that doesn't require earplugs. Good luck.
